Expanded Automation Coverage
PerfectScale has enhanced its automation features by incorporating support for CronJobs and Jobs workloads. This expansion streamlines your optimization process by automating tasks associated with these workloads, boosting efficiency, and reducing manual effort.
Setting up automation for your CronJob and Job workloads is a straightforward process that doesn't require complicated configurations. Simply include them in your automation Custom Resource (CR), and PerfectScale will automatically start applying tailored recommendations to optimize these workloads in the cluster or namespace.
Advanced HPA Visibility
PerfectScale now offers deep insights into scaling behaviors and performance of the Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA) introduced within your workloads.
This feature allows you to quickly identify the workloads that have implemented HPA and modify HPA thresholds with helpful tooltips that provide tailored recommendations to enhance scaling decisions, minimize resource waste, and ensure optimal workloads' performance.
Prometheus Integration

PerfectScale now integrates its metrics directly into your standard monitoring and alerting workflow. This allows you to centralize all important data and seamlessly access everything in one place.
PerfectScale Prometheus Exporter converts PerfectScale's optimization recommendations, cost insights, and resource utilization metrics into a format compatible with Prometheus. By exposing these insights as Prometheus metrics, you can easily integrate PerfectScale's comprehensive analysis into your standard monitoring and alerting workflow, such as Prometheus, DataDog, PagerDuty, Grafana, etc., enhancing your visibility into cost efficiency and resource usage throughout your infrastructure, and overall system performance.
Additionally, you can set up custom alert rules to stay on top of key indicator changes and proactively address potential risks, or utilize our pre-built dashboards, such as those from Grafana or Datadog, to get visual representations of key workload metrics, resource usage patterns, optimization opportunities, etc.

PerfectScale has introduced a range of enhancements designed to provide you with better visibility into the optimization processes. Additionally, you can explore the cluster in more detail with just a single click. By navigating directly to the Podfit, you will gain access to key insights regarding the health and efficiency of the specific cluster. Impact Tracker
The impact of your optimization efforts is now accessible through the Impact Tracker feature, enabling you to view your savings and mitigated risks over time. Providing you with a clear visual representation of your progress and impact, this feature ensures that your efforts are measured accurately, whether you focus on tracking cost savings or assessing performance improvements, allowing for informed decision-making and enhanced outcomes.
PerfectScale Automation KPIs
To help you quickly assess the impact of automation on your optimization progress, we have introduced Automation KPI widgets. These features are designed to deliver clear insights into the results of automation-driven optimization and facilitate an efficient evaluation of its effectiveness.
With the level of detail provided, you can easily review a comprehensive breakdown of resource adjustments for the selected period, comparing them to the original values. Additionally, it provides you with information about the performance risks addressed during this period.
PerfectScale Weekly Report
PerfectScale automatically sends a Weekly Report summarizing key metrics from the past week directly to your inbox. This report outlines the most significant changes in your account, helps you track and review past events, and ensures you stay updated on your Kubernetes modifications, offering easy access to further details.
